The nailer's small, lightweight body (just under 5 pounds) is easy to grip and, because you're not hooked up to a hose, doesn't cause as much arm fatigue as other nailers. It drives 1-1/4- to 2-1/2-inch nails and has easy-to-adjust drive depth, a probe position indicator, and an angled clip for improved maneuverability. This Paslode nailer uses a patented system that requires both a fuel cell and an included rechargeable battery. We were impressed with the gun's performance--it's consistent and provides plenty of power for most uses. This model will shoot up to 1,200 nails on a single fuel cell and up to 4,000 nails on a full battery charge. It has a convenient belt hanger, too, so you won't have to lay it on the ground or on top of a ladder, and the high-visibility orange makes it difficult to overlook. The kit includes a plastic carrying case and a lightweight charger. Please note that the nailer does not come with the fuel cell included.
