Specially designed to get into those confined areas other saws simply can't reach, the Hatchet is the most compact and unique reciprocating saw on the market. Only 13-1/2 inches when fully pivoted, it fits between 16-inch on-center studs, as well as between rafters and joists. And its 3/4-inch stroke length makes the Hatchet ideal for pipe cutting or other types of cuts in tight spaces. Saves Time and Effort

Blade changes are equally quick thanks to the heavy-duty steel Quik-Lok blade clamp system (accepts standard 1/2-inch shank Sawzall blades), which allows for easy blade changes without a hex key. For added convenience and flexibility, blades can be clamped upside down.
