The newly introduced Sinometer 7030 analog multimeter is fully featured and can be used to measure AC/DC current and voltage, resistance, as well as diode and continuity buzzer. It also has a built-in 1.5V and 9V battery tester with a 100mA/10mA load respectively. One thing unique about this meter is it comes with a digital display, so you can read both the analog dial and watch the variation of the parameter, and get a fairly accurate reading from the display.
