easy to install, arrived as scheduled. Just needed a little adjusting to get gate to latch and lock because the gate kind of bounced when it closed but that was more of an adjustment to the closer than the latch. Once the adjustments were made we have had no problems. Keeps those uninvited 'guests' from popping in on us all the time haha!

This is the best protection against vandals or individuals pushing hard on the gate arm. Most gate arms can take some pushing, but if a vehicle or person pushes hard enough, and if the gate is large, the arms will get damaged and will have to needlessly be replaced. A Gate lock is a must and this new version has a nice powdercoated black finish that blends in nice with most gates.

I received a Mighty Mule 350 gate opener as a gift last year, I wanted an automatic gate lock, I also wanted to stay with Mighty Mule parts,I surfed the internet and found the Mighty Mule FM143 Auotmatic Gate Lock thru Amazon at a great price, what ever you might need Amazon has it at the best price, I intend to do more business with Amazon in the future
