Surprisingly simple and functional latch July 9, 2010

Simple, yet complicated. Works extremely well and is very adjustable.
The only issue that I've had with these latches is that they freeze in the winter evidently due to water/condensation in the mechanism from the snow. Otherwise, the darn things just work like a champ. Oh, another issue is that most of our contractors could not figure out how to open the gate. One poor guy constantly had to yell for help. Still wonder about that one...
Excellent adjustability, durable (so far), and just works... Better than any other latch I've used before.
